Jocelyn Tire Specialist

This was my only tire shop I went to. Used them for all my vehicles. They were always nice and knowledgeable and did the job. Got a new vehicle so guess they didnt recognize me or my vehicle or prices have changed. Tried to negotiate since walmart was only charging 38$ when they quoted me $70 and I already had the tires all they had to do was put them on an rotate. Was strange cause they were never rude before but got a straight attitude when I brought up walmart price and gave a go away hand movement to take to walmart since this tire shop couldn't work with me. Won't be back and sending all my clients somewhere else. Been a long customer here for over 6 years hate that this happened.

Jocelyn Tire Service was a lifesaver! I woke up super early to head to the beach, only to find I had a completely flat tire. Pierre and his team were incredibly helpful quick to respond, professional, and got me on the road in no time. The whole experience was a breeze, and I couldn’t be more grateful!!

Went here today, Got a tire put on that I bought months ago and also bought a brand new one with them. Very affordable and fast! Both men were so kind, one of them went around and put air in both of my front tires and even fixed my hubcap for me bc someone from tire kingdom put the hubcap over my air valve. I don’t even think I was there for more than 20min. 10/10. Would recommend and only using them for my tires moving forward! They also accept Apple Pay.

I’m gonna start this review by telling how do we get to this place. Last Monday we took our car to the dealer for oil change service, they examined the whole car as usual, and found a stone on one of the rear tires, they recommended replacing the tire and gives us the estimated price ( long story short.. It was pricey) and for experience, we know that when you have to replace one, usually you should replace both, so we decided to take another opinion and go to a tire store and check if there was something they could do to fix it. Our dad told us about a place in Pembroke, we went there but it was a European car service ( no our car), there was a sweet lady at the entrance and she gave us the address of Jocelyn tires she said and I quote “that’s the best place for repairing tires” and I gotta say, she was right, they did not just repair the tire ( it was a superficial stone they just removed it ) and didn't charge us!!! What a pleasant surprise!! Thank you guys again!!
